This video shows an easy to do exercise at home to reduce knee pain. Our goal is for you to do one "pain-free" full range of motion movement. If you can do this it will produce a new motor map to your brain that you can go back to proper movement and function and squatting is no longer a threat to the brain causing a pain output to happen when you try it.
